Discover Bryggevin, Skjærgårdsvin, and Bålvin. Blended in South France, perfected for the Norwegian outdoors. Climate-friendly and ever-evolving.
Each bottle tells a story of South French sun and Norwegian lifestyle.

Crisp, refreshing white. Perfect for long summer evenings on the pier.

Elegant Rosé. Capturing the essence of the coastal archipelago.

Robust, warming red. Designed for the campfire and mountain cabin.
Every year, the climate in South France shapes our wine. Here is how our blends have rolled through the seasons.
An exceptionally warm spring led to early maturation. This year's Bryggevin is notably more aromatic with hints of tropical fruit, while Bålvin carries deeper, jammy notes due to the concentrated sugars.

A milder summer provided a longer growing season, resulting in higher acidity. Skjærgårdsvin was the star of this vintage, offering a mineral-forward profile that perfectly complemented the Norwegian seafood season.

A vintage marked by dry conditions, creating small, flavorful grapes. Bålvin reached new heights of complexity this year, with strong tannins and a smoky finish that made it the ultimate winter companion.

From the soil in France to the glass in Norway, we minimize our footprint at every stage.

A technical breakdown of what to expect in every pour.
Bryggevin opens with lemon zest and white peach. Skjærgårdsvin offers wild strawberry and sea spray. Bålvin delivers smoke and dark plum.
Light to medium body across the range. High acidity in whites for freshness; velvety tannins in the red for a smooth campfire sip.
Clean, lingering finishes. Bryggevin leaves a salty mineral touch; Bålvin concludes with a warm, spicy oak resonance.
Bryggevin: 8-10°C. Skjærgårdsvin: 10-12°C. Bålvin: 16-18°C. Always allow the red to breathe for 20 minutes.
Use a tulip-shaped glass for whites to concentrate aromatics, and a wider bowl for Bålvin to allow oxygen interaction.
Designed for immediate enjoyment. However, Bålvin can be cellared for up to 3 years to develop deeper tertiary notes.
"Bryggevin is the taste of a Norwegian summer. It's refreshing, light, and perfectly captures that seaside feeling."

"We took Bålvin on our cabin trip to Jotunheimen. It handled the cold mountain air beautifully. Truly a wine for the outdoors."
